解读"整合"与"民族整合"

"整合"和"民族整合"两词在当前的学术论著中出现频繁,学者们对"民族整合"的理解也各不相同.实现学术话语的趋同性认识和使用,有利于消除歧异性理解,形成认知上的共识.本文在对"民族整合"的不同表述进行梳理的基础上,提出了自己的主张,并认为"民族整合"是不同于民族融合和民族同化的功能和过程.     

独立学院通信工程专业实践教学体系构建探索

分析通信工程专业的特点,以天津理工大学中环信息学院为例,针对目前教学内容、教学方式、实践环节进行了研究和改革,采取校企结合的有效措施,让学生融入通信专业的工程环境,构建相对完善的实践教学体系,大大增强了学生的创新意识和综合分析问题、解决问题的能力。     

Art for integration: political rationalities and technologies of governmentalisation in the city of Malmö

Cities increasingly use artistic and cultural activities to promote active citizenship and social cohesion. We suggest that city-sponsored cultural and artistic practices in Sweden are finding a new discursive context in migration. In this article, we look at two artistic and cultural institutions in Malmö, Sweden: Arena 305 and Drömmarnas hus. We develop a typology of governmentalisation based on the work of Nicholas Rose and Peter Miller, which allows us to describe the governing activity of Arena 305 and Drömmarnas hus. What becomes visible is the discrepancy between the moral form of the political rationalities and the technologies of government: even though institutions may harbour ideals and principles of inclusion, they are perfectly capable of sustaining activities that brighten the very boundaries they set out to challenge.     

Multiculturalism and welfare state integration: Swedish model path dependency

The present article offers an account of Swedish integration policies in the post-war period. The theoretical purpose is to assess Christian Joppke’s hypothesis that recent trends of integration policy convergence have rendered the national model approach analytically useless. The analysis shows that Sweden deviates, in some important respects, from the European trend by not formulating demands that link integration achievements to immigrants’ access to fundamental rights. The conclusion is that the Swedish case does not support Joppke’s hypothesis, but rather indicates that path dependency of national models is a valid explanation to ongoing developments. It is argued that the Swedish exception should be understood as an expression of the persistent impact of a policy logic according to which integration requires that all citizens have equal and universal access to certain fundamental rights. The article builds on general comparisons with European policy developments and uses Denmark as a more specific reference point.     

制造集团公司物流资源整合问题研究

根据分布区域广泛、局部区域比较集中和所有权复杂等制造集团公司物流资源的特点,提出制造集团公司物流资源整合思路的概念模型,并对某水泥生产集团物流资源整合的案例进行实证分析。在推动资源整合时,可以通过物流组织的服务设计来识别需要整合的资源;分析各整合参与方的利益分配来提高整合参与方的积极性。     

文化融合与民族大学生国家认同教育

文化融合是一种客观的历史现象,也是现今的一种社会存在状态;是民族关系的重要内容,也是文化得以发展的重要途径。国家的概念则是近现代才从西方国家传入的新鲜产物,是生活在其地域范围内的人们对其所在国家的认识、评价与情感,主要表现于国家政治共同体和结构层面以及共同的中华民族的精神层面的认同。国家认同于国家本身、于个人都具有非常重要的意义,其中少数民族的国家认同问题显得尤为迫切。而国家认同教育是国家认同构建中的重要内容和方式。学校教育是建立国家认同的有效途径。我国的各民族的文化融合是少数民族国家认同教育的前提与基础、有力保障、表现形式,也是少数民族大学生国家认同教育的高级目标,具有重要的意义与深远的影响。我国也从中国的实际情况出发,并吸收了中国历来坚持＂和而不同＂处理民族关系的宝贵经验与优秀传统,制定出了相应的民族政策,坚定地保障民族文化融合,加强少数民族的国家认同教育,促进国家的稳定与团结。     

古典家具的“分”与“融”对现代设计的启示

弃“席”而“坐”居住方式的重大变革是中国古典家具“分”与“融”的主要根源。以楚式家具、宋式家具、明清家具为代表，在矮型家具向高型家具的演变进程中，家具突显出在功能、阶级风格上的“分离”和以消除与居住方式的分歧为目的的式样上的“融合”。其中的“分”与“融”，对现代设计中如何把握产品功能、设计元素、品牌文化的“取”“舍”尺度问题具有重要启示。     

社会观与人性论:涂尔干社会整合范式的前提预设

18、19世纪的法国社会呈现出一盘散沙的原子化状态,为此,保守主义与激进的马克思主义都主张对当前的资本主义制度及其意识形态进行根本性的批判与改革;与之相反,涂尔干从自己的社会观与人性论出发提出以理性化的世俗道德重建法国社会的道德体系。     

The Promethean role of Europe: changing narratives of the political and scholarly left

ABSTRACT

The gradual abandoning of the ‘socialism in one country’ doctrine during the post-war period and the intensive transformation of European social democracy in the 1990s pushed social democratic politicians and intellectuals into the front line of advocates of a unified and powerful Europe. They contributed to the inclusion of social democratic and environmentalist values in the EU’s official narrative. The success of European integration and George W. Bush’s presidency created the narrative of the Promethean role of Europe. Scholars with a social democratic or environmentalist background created this narrative and it was also shaped by authors’ national contexts.     

Elementary Social Studies Content Integration in CCLS: An Analysis of Content Integration

While the primary focus of the Common Core Learning Standards is in improving literacy and math, elements of Social Studies topics and skills are emphasized. Primary source analysis and understanding multiple perspectives are just two examples. This article is grounded in a qualitative analysis of integrated instruction in two elementary classrooms. Through content analysis of curriculum and policy documents, I argue that current policy has made gains in elementary Social Studies instruction, but significantly more work must be done to elevate the subject to a true core content area. Data sources for this study were classroom observations, teacher interviews, and document analysis. Classrooms involved in this study utilized resources, as determined by the classroom teacher, to integrate literacy instruction with Social Studies concepts and skills. The purpose of this study was to identify progress made in recent policy toward practical application of Social Studies instruction. I also identify next steps in increasing and improving elementary Social Studies instruction. This study sought to guide the evolution of policy.
